The people of Midgar have suffered a terrible loss at the hands of AVALANCHE, and both the survivors and the deceased still need your help. It is impossible to put a price on the value of the lives lost, but we can offer aid to help the survivors bury their loved ones and find some direction for their future.

For this effort, The Seventh Heaven Foundation has been created for the victims of AVALANCHE-related terrorist attacks.

An inauguration and charity event will be held on Friday, May 4th. The event will include a black tie dinner followed by a charity auction, including rather priceless objects, events, and even a bachelor and bachelorette auction. Director Tuesti himself will be put on the bidding block.

Please RSVP and include a 200 gil donation for the dinner.

On Sunday, March 25th at 10 AM, there will be a memorial service for the seventeen casualties of the terrorist attacks on the Sector 5 Reactor. Public speeches will be made in the city square. A private event for family, close friends, and Shinra executives will follow in the Shinra Building afterwards.


All citizens are reminded to pay attention to local notices about brownouts and safety protocol. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the authorities immediately.

Due to last night's attack, several policies will now be in effect.

- There is a mandatory evacuation of Sector 5 of Midgar City; arrangements are being made for temporary shelter in the gymnasia and dormitories of the neighboring sectors. This will remain in effect only until the reactor has been fully reviewed and it can be assured that there is no danger to citizens. There is a voluntary evacuation of Sector 5 of Lower Midgar.

- There will be rolling brownouts to assure that necessary civic buildings retain power. These will remain in effect until we can safely increase production in the other reactors.

For your own safety, obey all directions and do not go near the Sector 5 Reactor.
